About the competition for the vacant position of a member of the Management Board of Non-Profit Joint Stock Company "North-Kazakhstan University named after M. Kozybayev

The Board of Directors of the Non-profit Joint Stock Company "North-Kazakhstan University named after M. Kozybayev" announces a competition for the vacant position of

- member of the Management Board for Operations, Transformation and Infrastructure Development.

Address of Non-profit Joint Stock Company "North Kazakhstan University named after M. Kozybayev": the city of Petropavlovsk, Pushkina str. 86.

The main subject of activity is provision of educational services in the sphere of higher, postgraduate, technical and professional, post-secondary and additional education.

The purpose of activity is to create the necessary conditions for quality education, learning and teaching, aimed at the formation, development and professional formation of personality on the basis of national and universal human values, achievements of science and practice, as well as for the development of scientific potential and commercialization of developments.

Requirements to participants of competition: higher and postgraduate education, preferably received in a foreign higher education institution; work experience on managing positions in educational organizations and (or) authorized bodies in corresponding spheres not less than three years or work experience in areas corresponding to functional directions of a competitive position not less than five years.

A person may not participate in the competition:

1) under the age of twenty-five years;                 

2) who have previously committed a corruption offence;

3) who have an unexpunged or unexpunged criminal record

4) are registered in medical special institutions;

5) other cases stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

A person applying for participation in the competition shall submit the following documents:

1) an application in the prescribed form;

2) copy of the document proving the identity of the participant of the competition;

3) record of the contestant with a 3x4 color photograph in the prescribed form;

4) Copies of educational documents and appendices to them with submission of originals for verification;

5) copy of the document, confirming employment, certified by the personnel department at the place of (current or last) work;

6) medical certificate of the state of health (medical professional advisory opinion) according to form No. 075/u;

7) certificate from the psycho-neurological organization issued not more than one year prior to the date of submission of documents, in accordance with the legislation on public services;

8) certificate from the narcological organization issued not more than one year prior to the date of submission of documents in accordance with the legislation on public services;

9) document confirming the absence of prohibition to hold the position in accordance with the criminal legislation.

In cases of implementation by the corresponding state bodies of restrictive measures, introduction of the state of emergency, emergencies of social, natural and man-caused character, service receivers, contestants shall not submit the documents specified in subparagraphs 6, 7 and 8.

Acceptance of documents for participation in the Contest shall be held within seven (7) calendar days from the date of publication of the announcement.

The date and place of the contest will be announced additionally.
