Sanaly Urpak" Volunteer Student Clubs Meeting

The city meeting of volunteer student clubs "Sanaly Kurpak" was held in the university. It was attended by 6 teams from colleges of the city and Kozybayev University. Volunteer student clubs "Sanaly Kurpak" contribute to the active involvement of young people in the formation of anti-corruption culture, education and promotion of moral and patriotic values. A lot of work is done by students in the field of volunteering, broadcasting integrity in the system of education through the action "Clean Session", transparency in the activities of admissions committees, distribution of places in hostels.

The pool of activists of the Project Office "Sanaly Kurpak" at the alma mater is about 450 students.

"The Compliance Service of our university is the best in the republic. We are always in the lead in terms of work, activities, reporting. And today, on the initiative of the university, we have gathered the guys here. During the whole year the corresponding ideological work is carried out. In general, the main task is to educate a healthy patriotic generation, free from corruption and other social ills," said Ekaterina Aubakirova, Internal Affairs Officer of the Anti-Corruption Service of the SKR.

The participants presented their team business cards, in which they described the promising projects of their volunteer club to promote zero tolerance to corruption among students. In the second round, they demonstrated social videos on anti-corruption topics. Next, an interactive quiz was held, where the children answered questions on the topic: "Countering Corruption".

The contestants were evaluated by a competent jury of representatives of the Anti-Corruption Service, SCF ROO "First Anti-Corruption Media Centre", and acting compliance officers. As a result, the winner was the team of Kozybayev University, the second place went to the Higher College named after M. Zhumabayev and the third place was taken by the team of the North Kazakhstan Vocational and Pedagogical College.
