Career Guidance Outreach in North Kazakhstan Region

Kozybayev University has launched an extensive career guidance campaign, reaching out to school students across North Kazakhstan. As the only multidisciplinary university in the region, it attracts growing interest from prospective students eager to learn more about academic programs and enrollment opportunities.

The university’s delegation has already visited districts including Shal Akyn, Magzhan Zhumabayev, Akzhar, Akkayin, Yesil, Mamlut, and Ualikhanov. During these visits, cooperation agreements were signed with local administrations. Representatives from university management, the Admissions and Recruitment Office, faculty deans, department heads, and professors introduced students to Kozybayev University’s achievements, three-tier education system, academic programs, and dual-degree opportunities with the University of Arizona.

Students showed particular interest in scholarship opportunities, quota allocations, and academic mobility programs. The event also featured a vibrant concert performance by current students, sparking enthusiasm among future applicants. Across the seven districts, more than 1,500 high school seniors attended these career guidance sessions—many of whom have already set their sights on joining Kozybayev University!
