British Professor Shares Expertise

For a month, PhD holder Dr. Nadim Khalid will be conducting seminars at Kozybayev University. He has arrived from the United Kingdom as part of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Kazakhstan’s program to attract foreign professors to local universities.

Dr. Khalid is a faculty member at the Lord Ashcroft International Business School at Anglia Ruskin University. His academic and research interests focus on entrepreneurship and strategy. With over 15 years of experience in higher education, his research is widely recognized, with publications in reputable journals indexed in ABDC, SCOPUS, WOS, and ISI. His Google Scholar H-index stands at 14.

At Kozybayev University, he will deliver open lectures and professional development courses in the Department of Economics, Accounting, and Finance. Some sessions will also be conducted online. During a meeting with the Board Member for Internationalization and International Programs, along with the staff of the Center for International Cooperation and Academic Mobility, potential areas for further collaboration and strategic development of the university were discussed.
