Collaboration with AlmaU: Aiming for Further Development

The President of Almaty Management University, Assylbek Kozhakhmetov, visited our university. During a meeting with the Chairman of the Board – Rector Yerbol Isakaev, they outlined the direction of further collaboration and discussed the development of partnership relations.

Since 2023, Kozybayev University has been implementing a dual-degree MBA program in Business Administration in collaboration with the AlmaU Graduate School of Business in Almaty. The MBA (Master of Business Administration) is a professional master's degree in management, designed to prepare general-profile executives for various industries. The duration of the program is two years.

This program is tailored to the conditions of the Kazakhstani market, equipping students with modern managerial knowledge and skills, enabling them to navigate the business environment confidently and make strategic decisions effectively. Students can choose their preferred learning format, which has strengthened ties with employers and enhanced engagement with the business community in the North Kazakhstan region.

Currently, three cohorts of students have been enrolled, totaling over 40 participants, including entrepreneurs and managers from major regional companies. The program involves top instructors, business representatives, and industry experts.

"The program with AlmaU is also a key attraction point for our university, encouraging young professionals to come here. Our region has many large enterprises, and we have established strong relationships with them. Businesses are ready to collaborate. Today, public expectations and attention are directed toward our university, as it is the only one in the region," said Yerbol Isakaev.

In recent years, our university has embarked on a new phase of transformation, striving to be more modern, innovative, and adaptive. In this regard, the new educational initiative with Almaty Management University aligns with current demands, enhances the academic sphere, and supports the local business community.
