Merhaba, Students!

Professors from Turkey have arrived at our university. Over the next month, they will be conducting a series of training seminars for students and faculty in the Department of Geography and Ecology.

Emin Atasoy (Bursa Uludag University) and Semra Gyunay (Anadolu University) hold PhDs and have extensive international experience working at universities in Turkey, Lithuania, Slovakia, Georgia, Poland, Kazakhstan, and other countries.

During the seminars, the Turkish scholars will share their valuable expertise and unique insights on writing scientific articles and conducting research.

Semra Günay is a recognized expert in the study of tourism resources. Her research interests also cover critical issues in geography, ecology, and sustainable development.

Emin Atasoy has over 150 scientific publications, including high-impact factor papers, in the fields of geopolitics, demography, ethnogeography, social and economic geography, and more. Now, our students will have access to this wealth of knowledge. The visiting professors will be at Kozybayev University until December 20. Their visit is part of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Kazakhstan's program to attract foreign specialists to Kazakhstani universities.
