Volleyball Tournament: Kozybayev University & North Kazakhstan Regional Prosecutor's Office

Who plays volleyball better—students of Kozybayev University or employees of the North Kazakhstan Regional Prosecutor's Office? The answer to this question was decided on the court of the "Bereke" Sports Complex.

The friendly tournament was held as part of a bilateral cooperation memorandum. Each side fielded two teams, featuring both male and female players. The University was represented by a student all-star team and a team of students majoring in Law.

The matches followed a round-robin format, with each game consisting of three sets.

As a result of the competition, our team emerged victorious! The best players of the tournament were: team captain Alina Serikova (L-21-k), Valeria Bondarenko (L-22), and Sabina Marat (F-21-k). The opposing teams secured second and third places.

The award ceremony took place on December 6, in honor of Prosecutor’s Day in Kazakhstan. The winners and prizewinners received trophies, certificates, and keepsakes. Congratulations to all participants!
