Main goals and objectives

The main purpose of the Rector’s Office is to ensure high-quality, timely, informational-analytical, protocol-organizational, documentation, and other types of support for the activities of the Chairman of the Board – Rector.

The main areas of activity of the Rector’s Office are:

Monitoring and ensuring the timely and high-quality execution of orders and instructions of the Chairman of the Board – Rector;
Organizational support for the work of the Academic Council, the Board, and working meetings involving the Chairman of the Board – Rector, as well as thematic events and meetings related to the Rector’s participation (conferences, seminars, round tables, meetings);
Monitoring compliance with document deadlines and proper document formatting;
Methodological management of the electronic document management system (EDMS).
