Жоғары оқу орнынан кейінгі білім алу үшін М. Қозыбаев атындағы СҚМУ-ға магистратураға Қазақстан Республикасының азаматтары, ҚР-да тұрақты тұратын азаматтығы жоқ тұлғалар түсуге құқылы. Тегін жоғары оқу орнынан кейінгі білімді (мемлекеттік білім беру тапсырысы) үміткерлер әскери оқу ұйымдарынан басқа, бұл деңгейдегі білімді алғаш рет алу шартымен конкурстық негізде ала алады.
Азаматтарды магистратураға қабылдау магистратураға түсу емтихандарының нәтижелері бойынша конкурстық негізде іске асырылады.
Жоғары оқу орындарының магистратураға, докторантураға түсушілердің арыздарын қабылдауы 10-30 шілде аралығында жүргізіледі.
Магистратура мен докторантураға түсу емтихандары 10-20 тамыз аралығында өткізіледі:
1. шетел тілі – тестілеу үлгісінде (шетел тілін меңгергендігін растайтын куәлігі бар ҚР азаматтары аталмыш пән бойынша түсу емтихандарынан босатылады);
2. мамандық бойынша – ауызша тапсыру үлгісінде.
Жоғары оқу орнына қабылдау – 25 тамызға дейін.
Магистратурада оқу мемлекеттік тапсырыс бойынша да, ақылы негізде де іске асырылады.
