International conference "Problems of Studying the History of the Golden Horde"
M. Kozybayev North Kazakhstan University will host an international scientific and practical conference on the topic: "Problems of studying the history of the Golden Horde: identification and interpretation of historical sources." The conference is held by ISGI "Rukhani zhangyru" within the framework of the grant project of the "Science Committee of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan" on the topic: "Revealing (heuristics) and classification of khan labels and letters of gratitude from the Golden Horde and post-Golden Horde states." (IRN grant ARO8956286).
The conference program is organized into three sections:
1. Identification and interpretation of the sources of the history of the Golden Horde in the XXI century;
2. Traditions and new approaches to the study of the cultural and historical heritage of the Golden Horde;
3. The role and significance of the history of the Golden Horde in the development of statehood.
The purpose of the conference is to systematize traditions and new approaches to the study of the cultural and historical heritage of the Golden Horde, to outline the role of historical sources in the Golden Horde era in the 21st century.
