Free Legal Aid at the University Legal Clinic
The Legal Clinic of the Non-profit limited company "M. Kozybayev North Kazakhstan University" provides free legal aid to residents of the city. Consultations are conducted by 3rd–4th year students of the Jurisprudence educational program under the supervision of lecturers from the Department of History of Kazakhstan and Law.
Consultations are held from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 16:00 at the following address: 114 Zhumabayev St., Office 224 (Academic Building No. 6), Petropavlovsk.
