Republican Robotics Olympiad

For the first time, the Republican Robotics Olympiad among students of higher educational institutions of Kazakhstan was held at Kozybayev University. It is being held in the country for the second time. Last year, it was won by Andrey Lengart, a student of the FIC. And this gave the right to host the current Olympics in Petropavlovsk. Besides, this time, according to the rules, our guys performed out of the competition.

Future engineers from universities in Astana, Kostanay, Almaty, and Pavlodar came to us. The Olympiad was held in two rounds. The first was theoretical, where participants solved individual tasks, the second involved teamwork in assembling and programming the robot. The winners and prize-winners of the individual competition, in addition to diplomas, received cash prizes: 50,000, 25,000 and 15,000 tenge, respectively. The main prize was eventually won by Andrey Sayfarov from Turan University. The same university became the winner of the team championship. Congratulations!
