Start-up Projects Contest Winners!
Students of the educational program "Food Safety" Kuznetsova Nina and Danish Svetlana became one of the winners of the Start-up projects competition from the Council of Young Scientists of the NKU M. Kozybaev. They presented a research project on the topic "Technology for the production of edible food casings using kappa-carrageenan." In the process of research, a biodegradable food film was developed, which can be used for food storage, dissolves well in water and does not pollute the environment. The project manager is senior lecturer Il Elena Nikolaevna. Congratulations to the winners, we wish you new scientific achievements!
