The third session of the Supervisory Board of M. Kozybayev NKSU took place

On February 14 the third session of the Supervisory Board took place at the university. The following issues were considered:  

1. The election of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board session of February 14, 2017
2. About the coordination of candidacies for participating in the competition for the vacancy of the Rector of RSE on the REM M. Kozybayev NKSU
3. About the estimation of the Supervisory Board  members’ activities
4. About determining the amount of payment for audit of financial statements  

 The Vice-Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan Amrin A. K. was elected as the chairman of the Supervisory Board session of February 14, 2017.

On the base of considering the compliance of the applicants development programs to the goals and objectives of the strategic development of M. Kozybayev North Kazakhstan State University and according to the results of the secret ballot the Supervisory Board recommended the following candidacies for their further consideration at the Republican Tender Commission:

• Omirbayev Serik Maulenovich;
• Tolegen Mukhtar Adilbekuly.

The Supervisory Board determined the amount of payment for the audit of the financial statements of RSE on the REM “M. Kozybayev NKSU” for 2016 year in the amount of   1 500 000 KZT. It was also decided to offer the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan to determine the requirements for organizations auditing the financial statements of a state enterprise on the right of economic management, acting in the sphere of higher and postgraduate education.
