- To approve the annual financial statements of the Kozybayev University (further - the Company) for 2022.
- The Company's net income for 2022 in the amount of 197 161 816,36 tenge (one hundred ninety seven million one hundred sixty one thousand eight hundred sixteen tenge 36 tiyn) should be left at the disposal of the Company.
- To determine that during 2022 there were no appeals from the sole shareholder against the actions of the Company and its officials.
