Quality management system

In July 2005 the quality management system of NKSU named after M.Kozybayev was certified according to requirements MS ISO 9001-2000. By the results of certification a university got the certificate of Russian register with accreditation sign of Holland Accreditation Council (Raad voor Accreditatie, RvA), recognized by the European Union, and certification of IQNet.

For an efficiency of activity was created and successfully function the quality management service at the university. The structure of faculties comprises depute deans in managing quality of education that enables to coordinate and reinforce work at departments and faculties. There was assigned and documented 31 business-process for the university's manage. The internal normative documentation complement was drafted and upheld in actual condition. Within the framework of QMS was introduced the consumer's monitoring system with a use of innovative technologies, that enables to define the activity improvement strategy on the basis of analysis of consumers' requirements. There is realizing a scientific direction by the appraisal of ripeness and significance of business-process with the aim of rise in an efficiency of QMS. The existence of QMC is upheld by the information systems within the framework of educational portal.

There are fulfilled the constant rate of QMS by a group of certified internal auditors (17 specialists). More 100 leaders of subdivisions took a study of courses where they got the certificates. An analysis of a resulting the Policy and Aims in the field of quality, an efficiency of QMS are carried out by the Scientific Council annually. The management system is taken serious verification for the confirmation according to certificates. The external experts of Russian Register mention that an activity of the university is going better by all its directions. In 2009 the QMS had been taken a recertification according to requirements of a new standard's version ISO 9001-2008.
