About the competition for filling vacant positions of Kozybayev University

Kozybayev University announces competition for filling vacancies for Dean of Faculty:

1. Director of the Academic Activities Department

Requirements for the position - higher and (or) postgraduate education, work experience in senior positions in the organization of education for at least 3 years.

Job responsibilities: to ensure the implementation of the State Program for the Development of Education and Science within their authority; to carry out current and long-term planning of academic activities of the university; to participate in the development of academic policy of the university; to coordinate the implementation of innovative technologies and new teaching methods at the university;

To ensure work on the optimal distribution of the pedagogical (educational) load of teaching staff; to monitor the implementation of the pedagogical load of teaching staff, the individual work plan of teachers; to develop the academic calendar of the university; to monitor the development of catalogs of elective disciplines; to monitor the activities of academic committees; to prepare an order on readiness for the new academic year and ensures its implementation; to organize work on the preparation of a report on activities of the university over the past year; to ensure the timely approval of work plans and reports on the work of the AAD; to carry out the selection and placement of personnel in the AAD, and other functions are specified in the job description.

Documents required to participate in the competition:

1) Application for participation in the competition;
2) Personal personnel record sheet;
3) Autobiography;
4) Copies of educational documents;
5) A copy of the employment record;
6) Medical certificate f075/y;
7) A certificate on the presence or absence of information on records issued by the Committee of Legal Statistics and Special Records of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the commission of a criminal offense by a person;

The deadline for submitting applications for vacant positions is 15 calendar days from the date of publication of the announcement.
