The rector of NKSU named after M. Kozybaev S.M. Omirbayev participated in the International Contact seminar of the "Erasmus+" programme

On October 8-9, 2018, an International Contact seminar of "Erasmus+" program was held in Istanbul (Turkey). It is organized by the European Commission and focused on the countries of Central Asia.

The seminar was attended by more than 200 representatives of universities in Europe and Central Asia. Among the participants – rector of North Kazakhstan state University named after Manash Kozybayev Serik omirbayev.

The main purpose of the meeting is to increase the number of quality applications for the next "Erasmus+" competition by providing opportunities for communication and establishing direct contacts between representatives of higher educational institutions.

The focus of the event is aimed at projects to improve the capacity in the field of higher education and international credit mobility. During plenary meetings and sessions, as well as in informal communication, participants have the opportunity to establish direct contacts with interested universities of the Program countries for further detailed discussion of bilateral and multilateral cooperation within "Erasmus+".
