Mission and vision

The mission of the M. Kozybayev NKSU:

To be the intellectual center of education, science and culture, contributing to the innovative development of Northern Kazakhstan.

The vision of the M. Kozybayev NKSU:

• becoming one of the ten best multidisciplinary universities in Kazakhstan;
• development of the unified information-analytical, scientific-innovative and educational environment;
• integration into the world educational space while preserving the academic values and developing entrepreneurial culture;
• formation of graduates’ research skills and relevant competencies;
• development of the personality of a citizen-patriot, capable of self-realization in modern society for the benefit of the development of Kazakhstan.
